SEC Registration

 

Since 2001 Rentenbank has an SEC-registration for the issuance of debt securities. SEC-registered bonds and notes can be placed with all investors in the U.S. Therefore, our Global bonds and notes can be purchased by investors world-wide and are traded globally.

Rentenbank has registered in accordance with section 7, Schedule B of the 1933 Securities, which allows for a simplified registration process for "a foreign government, or political subdivision thereof". As such, the SEC-registration underpins our agency-status.
